I can attest to the fact that, at least in the case of my fiance, gentle biting behind the knees and nibbling at the achilies tendon make for moisture and happy moans. -

Its also part of a nerve "line" that connects to other spots.
For me that spot connects to my perineum and two spots on either side of my spine in the small of my back. Verrrrrry nice and electrifying. -
