your photos may be flagged for removal & you most likely will be complained about & warned, in writing, if you offend someone ~ up 'til that point, it's all you....

I'm all for free speech. If someone is offended by what you write they can choose to not read it. As a general rule the only thing I delete is spam.

I disagree with mem as far as photos though. Tribe still operates on a community flagging system so unless photos you post are flagged for removal by the tribe community there is no TOU issue (though technically I suppose there would be, but as long as its not abusive it is usually ok). AND even if they do get flagged, all tribe does is remove them and send a message. As far as I know, there are no further repercussions. I mod several tribes that are not quite, um, appropriate.
